What does an additional tech seat cost?
$15/month per additional technician. Your first seat is included in the $35/mo base price.
Are there any transaction fees?
ApplianceOps doesn't charge transaction fees. Standard Stripe processing rates apply (2.9% + 30¢ per transaction) — those go to Stripe, not us.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contract, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your Settings page whenever you want.
How does billing work?
Monthly billing through Stripe. Your card is charged on the same date each month. You can update your payment method anytime in Settings.
