ApplianceOps exists because every other CRM on the market was built by software companies guessing what appliance repair shops need. We're built by someone who actually runs one.
I'm Nick, the owner of The Appliance Guys LLC in Lancaster, California. I've been repairing appliances for years — Samsung fridges, LG washers, Whirlpool dishwashers, commercial ice machines, you name it.
When I started growing my business, I tried every CRM out there. Jobber. Housecall Pro. ServiceTitan demos. Spreadsheets. Google Calendar. A notebook in the truck.
None of them worked the way appliance repair actually works.
Jobber doesn't know the difference between a residential washer and a commercial ice machine. Housecall Pro doesn't have fields for warranty company billing or work order numbers. ServiceTitan costs more per month than some of my techs' truck payments.
So I built ApplianceOps.
Every single feature exists because I needed it on a real service call. The dispatch calendar works the way I actually dispatch. The invoices have the fields I actually fill in. The price book knows that a Samsung refrigerator service call is different from an LP gas conversion.
The AI diagnosis feature? I built that because I got tired of Googling error codes in customers' kitchens. Now I tap a button and get the most likely causes, part numbers, and costs in seconds.
The photo-to-form feature? I built that because warranty dispatch emails are a pain to type out manually. Now I photograph the dispatch sheet and AI fills in the customer name, address, phone, machine type, and issue.
This isn't software built by a Silicon Valley team who's never seen the inside of a condenser coil. It's built by a guy who was on a Samsung fridge call yesterday.
We don't serve plumbers, HVAC techs, lawn care, or cleaning companies. Every feature, every workflow, every default setting is designed for appliance repair.
The founder runs an active appliance repair business. Features come from real jobs, not focus groups.
Diagnosis assist, photo-to-form extraction, and smart routing aren't marketing buzzwords. They save real time on real calls. See all features →
